Currently, we are on the hunt for a passionate, ambitions and self-motivated Digital Account Director to join the team.
You will be responsible for managing a new client group within the Beauty and Retail space, this role is strategic when it comes to planning out performance marketing recommendations primary across paid search, paid social, programmatic and shopping, you will then manage workflow through internal teams for campaign set up, implementation, optimisation and generating meaningful insights for clients. It is expected that you still have a strong knowledge of working on “the tools” so you can jump in and assist with reporting or campaign tweaks during busy periods.
The position will require you to be highly proactive and motivated and have exceptional client servicing and analytical skills, be able to spot trends in different sets of data and apply strict methods to drive maximum performance from each campaign. You will report into the executive leadership team and have the ability to guide and mentor others overtime.
Technically, you’ll need a solid skill set updating reports using Excel and GA, understanding of managing campaigns using the google stack. In addition, you’ll be savvy working across Facebook Business, Dynamic Display, Trade desk, Facebook Ads Manager/ Power Editor, Snapchat API.
This position would suit a Digital performance AM looking to step up, or an experienced Account Director looking to grow quickly into a leadership function.
