As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for improving key metrics across inbound lead generation ensuring their voice is heard by the ideal customer profiles across the globe. This role will also be instrumental in further developing the brand identity and creating thought leadership content, which drives a response.

You will understand key marketing metrics, SEO, SEM, automation frameworks and (ideally) have PR relationships in Australia or overseas. You will love to create content with an interest in the wellbeing and engagement sectors, and have a strong background in Digital marketing, both organic and paid across platforms.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will involve the daily execution and management of the marketing plan and responsibilities as outlined below.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business and develop a high impact and scalable growth marketing plan including social media and content strategy
  • Build strategies and processes to contribute to the overall brand identity and thought leadership content
  • Create content designed to drive engagement with both new and existing customers
  • Development and execution of acquisition campaigns to drive new customers and deliver a higher volume of MQLs across the wellbeing, reward and recognition product offerings in line with agreed KPI’s
  • Manage the marketing budget and schedule ensuring a positive ROI from media spend.
  • Analyse market trends, customer requirements, market and competitive intelligence
  • Rapid generation and testing of growth experiments followed by rigorous data analysis, taking action on the results going beyond A/B testing and into customer and channel lifecycle management
  • Ongoing optimisation of our prospective customer experience through A/B testing key messages
