IT Support Analyst

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for supporting our clients business. They will ensure that users are receiving the appropriate assistance and problem resolution by giving in-person and remote support to end users.
The IT Support Analyst will provide support in relation to the operation and maintenance of the network, servers, and computer desktop environment by analysing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions.
Besides working on IT initiatives, they will be required to provide input and manage the IT implementation, configuration, and support of various business projects.

ESSENTIAL:
  • Strong experience in support, systems administration, troubleshooting and deployment
  • • Strong experience with Office 365, AzureAD and Exchange management
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 Active Directory management, group policy, DNS, DHCP
  • Management and support experience of Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics, and Teams
  • Proven experience supporting Cisco networking equipment
  • Extensive knowledge of Security solutions 
  • Demonstrated efficient and effective use of problem-solving and task prioritization to solve complex IT issues
DESIRABLE:
• Experience in a highly transactional IT environment such as banking, stockbroking or accounting
