The Nudge Group are thrilled to be in partnership with this stand out, knock your socks off, award winning digital advertising brand. Currently, we are on the hunt for a passionate, ambitions and experienced Paid Media (Search) Consultant to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for the operational aspect of all digital performance campaigns including operations, strategy, campaign set up, implementation, optimisation and generating meaningful insights for clients. You will take the technical lead on new client accounts, and manage the operational Paid Search/social function, for this growing digital agency.
The position will require you to be highly proactive and motivated and have exceptional analytical skills, be able to spot trends in different sets of data and apply strict methods to drive maximum performance from each campaign. You will report into the leadership team and have the ability to guide and mentor others overtime.
Your role will be paid search focused (50%), but also include programmatic and social, the bulk of this position will see you engrossed with paid performance campaign strategy, maintenance, campaign set up, implementation, optimisation and analysis, for a large eCommerce & Retail portfolio.
Technically, you’ll need to be proficient analysing and updating reports using Excel, managing campaigns using GMP. In addition, you’ll be savvy working across SA360, Appnexus and Criteo And bonus if you’ve had exposure to some or all of the following: DV360, Shopping campaigns & social media platforms.
This position would suit an Ad Operations Executive or Senior Campaign Manager looking to step up, or an experienced Paid Media Manager looking to grow quickly into a leadership function.
