Working with one of our NFP clients based in the Sydney CBD. We are looking for an experienced Quality, Risk, & Compliance Specialist with demonstrated experience of working in the public or not-for-profit industry.

The role will be focused on legislative healthcare and aged care requirements, clinical and corporate governance, quality assurance, organisational leadership, risk management and Root Cause Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the organisation's complaints management system 
  • Managing internal audit & corrective action registers 
  • Preparing reports on quality, risk & compliance issues to meet organisational reporting requirements
  • Conducting Root Cause Analysis 
  • Working with the QRC to lift the mature of the organisation 
Necessary experience:
  • Previous experience working for an NFP
  • Previous experience with root cause analysis 
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office applications( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of ACNC requirements
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with good time management skills
