We have a number of exciting roles with one of our Fintech clients. These positions are in the Renewals sales team reaching out to existing customers that already know and love the business. Offering them great opportunities to renew and continue helping them understand the best options for their business.
  
Key Responsibilities  
  • Nurture/Relationship manage customers that are coming up to the end of their loan period
  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI's and sales targets
  • Making a high volume of outbound / inbound phone calls to existing customers who may be eligible for a loan renewal
  • Explaining the key benefits of renewing a loan to existing customers
  • Handling customers objections
  • Closing the sale and signing up new loans
  • Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge
  • Liaising with relevant internal departments to process deals
  • Effective note taking on all client interactions and input into CRM systems
  • Understand and apply concepts of deal structure and strategy that are proven models for successful achievement
  
Qualifications and Skills Desired: 
  • Sales or call center experience. Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience
  • A lot of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • A great personality with superior communications skills
  • Focus on your goals and have a real desire to succeed
  • Powerful work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate high degrees of diligence and accountability
  • Ability to exercise your own judgement and discretion while working independently
