Senior Business Analyst

Exciting Permanent position with one of our clients who are a fast-growing Australian software company that delivers innovative solutions to streamline the customer journey.
   
This is a highly varied role and we are looking for BA's who really like to get into the details and understand their product to ensure they gain the right requirements from their clients.
  
Responsibilities will include:
Running client workshops (virtually / onsite)
Assist in designing and documenting workflows for maximum impact
Become a functional expert on the product \ suite
Assist in managing project administration to ensure deadlines are hit
Assistance with end to end testing process to ensure issues are resolved
Be involved in the overall deployment whilst working with project managers, coordinator etc
  
Candidates MUST have:
Experience working as a Business Analyst in a software company
Exceptional communication skills and be able to hold a room / audience
Looking for a role that offers the opportunity to get their hands dirty and really understand the boundaries of the product
Extremely strong documentation experience and process driven
Experience in both technical project and business processes
High energy and be looking for a fast-moving fun-loving team
Happy with Bondi Junction location
