The Nudge Group are thrilled to be in partnership with this stand out, knock your socks off, scale up, digital brand. Currently, we are on the hunt for a passionate, ambitions and self-motivated Digital Media Manager (Social Media), to join their growing team.
  
As the social media manager, you will be responsible for the end to end management of social media campaigns (paid) including strategy, campaign set up, implementation, optimisation and generating meaningful insights for clients. You will take the lead on new client accounts, and manage the operational Social Media function, for this growing digital firm.
  
The position will require you to be highly proactive and motivated and have exceptional content creation, analytical and operational skills, be able to spot trends in different sets of data and apply strict methods to drive maximum performance from each campaign. You will report into the Founders and Digital Marketing Manager and have the ability to guide and mentor others overtime.
  
Your role will be varied, and no doubt evolve quickly as the firm continues to scale, however the bulk of this position will see you engrossed with paid social campaign strategy, maintenance, campaign set up, implementation, optimisation and analysis, for a large eCommerce & B2B portfolio. You will also have the remit for training and guiding the Client Services Team on latest technologies to access digital media.
  
Technically, you’ll need to be proficient writing social media content and analysing and updating reports using Excel, managing campaigns using DoubleClick Bid Manager and Campaign Manager. In addition, you’ll be savvy working across Google Adwords, Bing & google Analytics. And it goes without saying that you’ve had experience with some or all of the following: Instagram, LinkedIn, Shopify, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook Ads Manager/ Power Editor, Snapchat API, Integral Ad Science.
  
This position would suit a Social Media Specialist or Exec looking to step up, or an experienced Senior Social Media Manager looking to grow quickly into a leadership function and thrive in a dynamic scale-up business.
